I actually loved the fourth story. It's probably my favorite story by this mangaka. It depicts a realistic view of what rape is and the affects it can have on the victim. While I'm not one of those people who condemn all stories featuring rape (where it is usually romanticized), I find it refreshing to come across a story that includes the reality of the act. There aren't many stories in this genre that do that. I especially liked how caring the seme was towards the uke after his ordeal.
I really didn't like chapter 4!! I like the ending, but I hate the rape scene!! I really don't like it.
