Why didn't he sell the wardrobe. Instead of disposing it, wouldn't it be better to sell it give it a new home in memory of his grandma? Like he could put it up for sale by renting that place where he was gonna stay. Even if he sold it for way less it would've been better than disposing it since he mentioned it was made from mother of pearl.
