I don't think he is an asshole. He helped the uke many times. And he never led the uke on. He was honest about the kind of relationship he wants once he realized the uke thought they were dating. But yes, he is a fuckboy.
Honestly, I don't understand why people are acting so surprised or outraged at the seme telling the uke they are just fuck buddies. The author made it very clear in chapter 3 that the seme is a player. His grandfather called him into his office and tore him a new one for all the scandals his affairs were causing. Did anyone really think his attitude was going to magically change after knowing the uke for a few weeks!?
