I agree but the maxi not expressing herself thing isnt really true anymore. In the beginning she didnt, but now she does and he was refusing to hear her out until his men got involved. I like him but I wanna see his character grow to accept maxi wants to know how to protect herself and others
Riftan is doing this at the expense of her wanting to spread her wings and learn and grow to be more proficient in something she genuinely cares about. This is the equivalent to a husband getting angry at his wife for going to nursing school and working late hours. Maxi has clearly expressed her desire to help and grow and become stronger multiple times. The one not properly communicating is Riftan. He can't even say thank you or you did a great job after she spent all her energy healing people.
I don't know why everyone is so annoyed or frustrated with riftan like from his perspective it's valid why would he want to risk his wife life and make her suffer hardship when the only motive in his life is to protect and adorn her obviously he will try to do everything possible i know at some parts it may be frustrating but i would say the same for maxi I wish she could express herself more and her true feelings... Overall I am linking this and more than riftan finding out about maxi I want to know riftan's backstory
