Hurts like a lil bitch but I’m also really weak to pain so it might just be me also high chances of an infection. But I will say this tho- when you get it and it’s all healed and all? Looks freaking cool

It hurts so much!!! Right after getting the piercing done I spend 7 days questioning my decision of "hurting" my own body. But now, 5 years after, Im glad I made it hahahah

It doesnt hurt that much to get it done, but afterwards when you try to sleep and all that it can hurt a bit. Its mostly the first week or so

it depends on your pain tolerance, i believe mine’s high so I’ve never thought “oh this hurts” while getting a piercing on my ears. The healing process for a cartilage piercing is hell tho you have to be constantly cleaning the area because they tend to reject easily

i have 3 cartilage piercings and it depends on how you get them pierced. One I got pierced with a gun and it didn't hurt that bad. The other two with a needle hurt REALLY BAD, but the pain is only for a few hours

The worst pain I would say it's the first pierced but the afterwards

for me the piercing didn't hurt but it got VERY hot! the aftercare is always the worst part

Depends on your pain tolerance. I’ve pierced my own ears and didn’t even flinch. I’d say that the “painful” part is when you aren’t careful enough and it gets infected, so you just gotta prevent the infection in order not to feel pain. Also use a silver, nickel free or hypoallergenic piercing, since your body might reject it if it’s not “clean”

personally it wasn’t that painful for me (getting it done… ) i just didn’t like how long it took to heal 1st 2 weeks post piercing was an ass i can only stay on one side and i’m the type of person who loves to roll around the bed before sleeping and i kept forgetting it was there and so i kept on grazing it accidentally on the pillows and that was the painful part lol and yes also the aftercare you have to put ur saline solution regularly and im lazy so i may or may not have skipped a few days and got it infected … oops

depends on pain tolerence to needles. like for instance people told me the tongue was painful to have pierced but i felt nothing. same with tattoos, they dont hurt me. but blunt force can hurt me

This. Every time I do something that physically hurts me I tell myself "tomorrow this time you will not feel this pain and after a month it will be like you never did it and it will be worth it". But I developed this mentality because I had to go to the dentist a lot. Not a cool story (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Yeah for like a minute until the jewelry is in then it's mostly really sore. Can take over a year to heal.
Go to a piercer, never use a piercing gun.
