He def pregnant , he threw up so many of the pills. In chapter 71, after he went to the hospital, he drank the pills given to him by the doc and that same night, he went to the restroom to throw up. Cause why would the Arthur show us that part. Plus the doc said he was two week late… that’s too far gone to take pills.
