She tells Lapis that killing the magicians is Lapis' duty/reward for winning.
Lapis totally freaks out and freezes up when she sees the condition the magicians are in(extremely tortured)
Enoch after seeing the look on Lapis' face kills all the magicians in one strike of lightening for her.
