ofc dan is a victim but he's been living in a fairytale world for too long, depending on his grandma. it would've been more understandable if he was a teen but he's a whole damn adult, it's too unrealistic for him to be terribly dependent on someone else. he's thrity years old now and i think it's abt damn time he opens his mouth. would love to see it and i think it'll happen... it's just taking too damn long
