to hear thoughts he opens channels. but that would mean theyd hear him to listening. but cobra since hes listeningnto everyone his telepathy chennel is screaming 'HEY IM OPEN' 24/7
So warren can access cobras thoughts without opening a channel

I thought Warren can hear other people’s thoughts too? Didn’t he do it when Tartaros attacked them? He opened a telepathy channel to talk with everyone telepathically, thus hearing their thoughts and being able to reply to them too. How come he can’t hear them now?
