I think I like the Manhwa’s approach. I really hate a forced interaction from MC and ML. Like to create a scenario wherein MC gets hurt so ML will take care of MC.
The opposite happens to me. That ML is so abruptly kind in the comic seems a little absurd to me. That's why I went to the novel and in the novel it is explained a little better.

I went to read the last chapter of the novel and it was chapter 6.
After the beating of Mc.... the ML appears and brings a first aid kit and mc is happy because she knows that the ML cares about her.
MC wants to use the ML's interest in favor of the princess. MC does not know if ML's interest is ultimately or as an interesting object. but she wants to use that interest to her advantage.
Mc knows that an action by the ML will be like siding with the princess and that will give power to the princess.
In the end she notices that the Princess does not seem comfortable and decides to help the princess find another way to choose power.
This is how to spend the next chapter of the comic looking for the grandmother. They wanted mc's interaction with ml. Why do you think that will be?
