I was confused at this too. I mean, if her husband is going to be her first then I'm happy. However, her character at the beginning of the story is so in contrast with how she is acting now, on the sex aspect I mean.
Yes, i wouldn't mind if it wasn't her first time, it would make sense. Now i feel the autor just wanted to maker fit into that ideal of a innocent, pure lady to make it more "romantic"
Exactly. I mean I am happy reading anything the author could whip out. It is his/her story. However, I just find it confusing why is there a need for Serena to act innocent now when she was a strong independent and confident lady at the beginning of the story. You were right. It was probably for romance. It just defeated the purpose of her earlier character, in my humble opinion.
That surprised me, i've always thought Serena was no virgin, i mean at the begining we saw she was so intimate with Frédérick, not just kissing, but other suggestive actions, and now the autor is like 'oh, i fooled you all, nothing happend' then goes like 'she is so innocent and dosen't know anything'
