OK, long shot here, but is there a bl where the uke dresses kinda feminine but he isn't feminine? Not drag queen/maid café. He doesn't have to be buff or anything, just not girly.
When I say not a drag queen, I mean I just want him to wear feminine clothes but no makeup/wigs.
For example if it's historical and he's a dancer, he can wear that sheer dancing clothes. Or if it's modern he can have a sweater with a boob window like giorno giovanna.
