Okay so if you're on mobile click a question in the forums then scroll all the way down, there should be an option that says " all questions (number) >> " click on that, and the scroll all the way down again and click the green button that says " Ask a question",
And then once you click that there's two options, at the top that say, Question and Experience, click on question !
