Nope, you have some mistakes there. There are two ghosts, the golden eyed and the red eyed, both of them keep possessing the manager. The red eyed one sometimes possessing other people too like Ju Min and Little sister. Seems both of the ghosts sharing memories from Manager. Like the golden eyed was the one who raped MC but the red eyed one has memory of that too.
