def watch the anime, the animation is incredible
both the anime and manga is good !!! What i like to do is just to watch the anime first, and then read the manga all the way from the beginning — bcos i feel like the foreshadowing are more intricate and composed better in the manga (n ofc dont forget theres scenes the anime cut out) !! But i love the anime too because it really does the characters design and emotional scenes justice

Quick question, I would like to start the story with the gems (Phos?) which goes haywire and completely goes off the rails from what I understood Is the anime worth the detour or should I start straight with the manga?
