I actually like Carmen. It seems hard to believe that he doesn't love her. He does care for her that for sure. But maybe he wanted to push her away cause he realized she was basing her life off his words and decided it was better to find her own purpose. I'm glad they kept their friend status. But idk that's just my opinion. I'm glad this story is going in adventure genre where she finds herself. Since I do like Carmen I would love them to have so fighting scenes with each other ♡ not in a romantic way but platonic :)
