Hate the mentality of some people on here thinking that the taller (and buff) one is always automatically = top and shorter / cute looking one = bottom. The stereotyping is crazy.

right i love any time i find a manga where the character who looks like the typical ‘seme’ actually bottoms. for me ideally every couple would be reversible.

I always read stories with characters like that before with feminine uke. in one year like that and just stop after I found my type. sometimes I read comments and some of them always asks for a switch (copium), everyone has different tastes, either keep going or leave. now I'm in trouble because there aren't many stories with characters like this manhwa.

Actually reversible couple are the common or normal in homosexual relationship.
"Top" or "Bottom" positions don't really exist at all, normally is verse.

Actually, I here is NO "normal". There are tops, bottoms and switches. Switches just like to think that being a switch is the default/typical/norm.

Applying some kind of born, or thinking switching is the norm, or thinking it's all about reciprocity, applies heteronormative relationship dynamics to homosexual ones, which...does not have any place because homosexual relationships aren't heteronormative.

The heteronormative dynamic made its way into homo relationships because of compulsory heterosexuality and has stayed there because too many people think homo relationships need heteronormative dynamics to be valid.

No offense taken; it's just a super common misunderstanding about the LGBTQ+ community. I'm a lesbian, specifically a pillow princess — a term a men's magazine appropriated in lieu of what is actually a "starfish" — and so it's especially frustrating IMO. My "perfect match" is a stone top, but as long as people continue to push the heteronormative norms on the community, being open about that kind of thing is terrifying. There are switches who try to "convert" is, which is problematic in its own right because it's about boundaries...it's rape-y.

We can be comrades. I love buffy, manly or seme-like ukes. I just cannot stand twink or feminine bottoms. Appearance is as important to me as character dynamics but it's so hard to find stuff that suit my tastes. Not just manga/manhwa but novels and fanfictions too. In nearly every fandom, the opposite of my preferred ship dynamic is loved by the majority. Sometimes there isn't even any content. It's so frustrating to see so much content for your ship just not in the way you like ╥﹏╥

like them, i want to turn everything upside down too.. sometimes it's easy to get tiring because there are only a few of them and like having to find them yourself. I have to go through all the lists just to get what I'm interested in.
