Imagine my actual PLIGHT when I'm reading this on Valentine's Day, with the same DAMN accident which actually happened IRL with my late one-sided crush(he was using a scooter instead of a bike and had instantaneous death even before reaching the hospital) and me making the same mistake as MC (not careful while walking and almost got hit by a car on his funeral day) Then seeing his dead body being carried off for cremation while seeing my classmates, friends(?) crying out loudly and teachers visiting his family made me want to leave that place, couldn't sleep that night.
If something like this happened to me, I would rather pretend to never see cuz living like that is just... exhausting and suffocating. False hope just brings more despair. Now love feels like a burden than something romantic for me, it's so bad that I would rather stay single than go through that pain.

So the actual dead one is actually an identical twin that the seme didn't introduce or tell uke. He did got hit by a car but he only got in a coma and for some reason, the twin died from an accident too at the same time. The twin is the one that is dead and the seme is still in coma. After some years, the seme woke up from the coma and decided to prank uke(When he got well enough and regained his strength and also recovered to norma) to test if he still loves him after all those years. Then at the last chapt, the seme appeared and hug his uke from the back then tell him "You dare cry to other guy beside me". Then they live happily ever after.
