I'm a bit dissatisified

There is this one minor/side villainess(?) that I am dissatisfied in the ending.
Honestly it was not satisfying at all. They should suffer because of what they did but MC just let them go. Ugh.

    [SPOILER]

She has a great power in the empire as she is another candidate for the throne beside the crown prince.
MC was the one who was framed that she has killed the missing saint.
But actually the one hiding the missing saint was the princess and the archbishop as 'the tower master' was slowly encroaching and possessing the saint.
Maybe not hiding her per se, but they knew she was alive and that another being has possesed the saint's body.
The archbishop believed that 'the tower master' was the apostle of God he has believed in while the princess in cahoot with them to empower her for the throne.
I know the princess was kinda duped and all, but there was moments she had some doubts and at one point of time she knew how wrong she was in helping them but she still did what she did because she wanted the throne which I believe is horrifying considering how pitiful her subjects will be when at a point of time she had made human sacrifices for 'the tower master' to regain his power.
I know there was this terrible tradition in the imperial palace to kill and purge the other candidate of the throne and their supporters for the stability of the royal family and all in this story hence why she desperately wanted the throne.
But I believe sacrificing the live of your people for their own greed and ambition is crossing the line.
That's why I truly hate the ending story of this character. Why just why!!!

Omg yeah so dissatisfying. How could she not receive some sort of punishment. She basically betrayed the very people she wanted to rule over. But what can we expect from greedy people. Like greed is fine to a certain extent, but too much greed corrupts
