Yes she does remember but she feels guilty that she gave her first time to her "boyfriend" so distances herself from Suzuki. She cuts ties with her boyfriend and decides to just be all on her own. If I remember well I think Chihiro figures out that Sayaka remembers everything and pushes her to go back to Suzuki since he has been waiting for her all this time.

But watching shinobu change into a playboy asshole was def the most painful part of this whole manga I remember being more obsessed seeing the 2nd couple after Yoshino’s bullshit memory loss
