I think fl is the archduke’s daughter who is also from royal family. That’s why fl has power.
Tbh I don’t have any problem with the BL thing cause the only reason the original guy feel in love with the white haired boy was not because of gender, but because of his kindness and the white haired boy in a way saved/helped him and that was the first time the black haired boy had felt that. Now it’s the FL that did that, but I do have a problem if the ML is the black haired boy cause that’s her brother isn’t it?? so the BL isn’t the problem, it’s the incest. Let’s all remember that. So I think the blacked haired boy didn’t care about gender. Just my opinion (⊙…⊙ )
