I don't think she's pregnant, she's just softened/"rounded out" since becoming engaged with Gerald. But yeah it seems like the 2 kids are hers since the boy called her mom, so I guess queen was watching them so she could get ready for the wedding. Good eye on noticing the baby in the queen's arms though, almost missed that lol
you're right but as a funfact i do think the heroine was pregnant with alfonso's baby because as seen in the epilogue her other self was shown holding a bulging belly. but the baby might have stayed on the monastery with her after she had it

So in the end, is ml pregnant? She looks bigger in her wedding dress. Also, did she have two kids prior to getting married? Cause one comes in, and the queen is hold a baby. Or is the older one Lucia's baby that she had with Alfonso? Sorry I overthink things. Lol.
