Ah thank you for the info but i also want to take this chance to show that i didn't do a mistranslation of that because it says "熱中症 だって" in the original dialogue and "熱中症" (netsuchuushou) does translate into heatstroke. So i'm just following original xD
In japanese, heat exhaustion will be written as "熱疲憊" (netsuhibai)

Just wanna say 1 thing though; in Ch.3, that's most probably heat exhaustion, not heatstroke.
(heatstroke is extremely severe, and can be life-threatening; just cooling down with wet towel like that isn't going to help)
I know that's not the most important part of the story but many ppl do not know the difference too, so i might as well take this chance to correct it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
