I inherently dislike sexualisation of children. MC is portrayed as a straight up child most of the time. If not by appearance then by behaviour and he ends up doing sexual things. He's not a child just because he's in a chibi version doesn't make him a child, it was potrayed in most of the panels that he's an adult college male student. And he's spoiled thats why he acts like that. But if you see it that way then I can't make you understand something you have already decided. If don't like it then don't.
