Someone in the comments said that the golden shine is smt that allows the goddess to control.
Aka --> more golden light one has, the easier he is controllable and controlled.
Our mc doesnt have any golden light, so the godess has no power over him.
This makes the goddess more dangerous, in a a manipulative way.
