i feel like this is one of hte few romance stories where i'm actually invested because of the romantic development itself, not just bc im obsessed with the character, plot, or world setting. like holy shit im actually SO invested in MC and ML (also i LOVE the friend group. like i love how even the black-haired dude and adi are like lowkey bffs by accident)
