Still too young but I'm glad it was raised
Even when it was legal most Japanese citizens did not like it and did not follow that rule, they didn't think of it as the legal age. I wonder when they'll raise it to 18
I just realized guys. The consent age in Japan is 16 or I guess it was raised to 16 from 13 so this would probs be legal there.
