Yeah, I wondered about that as well. I stand by my words: The author has managed to rob Kim Dan of his entire autonomy and made him act like some lobotomized golden retriever owned by Joo Jaekyung.
EXACTLY like the creator gave Kim dan a brain the size of an average discord mods penis like NO ONE would act like that if they got treatd the way he was the first time he met joo jaekyung (unless your into to that then i kinda understand) but still when Kim dan was introduced he didn't seem like the person who would be into that stuff so make it make sence

it doesn't fit him. I just made my own statement in a topic here, in which I mentioned my earlier thesis as well, which is why I said "I stand by my words". There, I also said that the story could have taken a different route. Making it so he does move in with Jaekyung, saving him the constant debt collector visits, but he pays off his debt on his own, which didn't even seem to take that long in the beginning, with the interest apparently almost paid off in one go. Then his grandma getting better, him looking for a new job on the side and a flat to move in and then hot-foot out of there as soon as possible. In the process, it would have given Jaekyung a chance to regret not having him around, realizing the feelings he might have had and trying to righten the wrongs he made in the wake of their contract, showing Dan a different side to his personality that's shitty otherwise.
But nah, Author just irredeemably fucked all of those opportunities with a tiger tank.
He earned that title, though.
