It's pretty obvious at this point that the MC is the real Saint but I wonder why is her birthmark basically killing her? Is it part of being a Saint or is it something else? Also, who is the asshole guy who has long silver hair? Not only did he kill the ML's mother but he also wants the MC to die and is saying some bullshit about how he would put flowers on her grave or whatever.....yikes
But this story has many antagonists so far from the fake Saint to this guy
