I don't think her being the only architect was the whole premise, I think it was just a starting point for the story. Now that the housing crisis is mostly delt with i think it's more about Vivi's life and how things are going to progress with the royals at this point.
Isn't the whole premise that she's the only trained architect left? Where the heck did the antagonist dude with terrible facial hair get one then?
Suddenly he's just like I'll have my architect look at it and teach people. If that's the case the entire premise sort of collapses, not that she's actually done much at all to do with architecture anyway I guess
