Why is male lead trash? Old MC was trash. He married male lead for profit and took advantage of his position to force male lead into a marriage. The old mc did many bad things. The male lead originally intended to treat Old mc cordially. But Old MC broke this trust.

Yes. I don’t know why original commenter can’t see that our ML is actually a very good person( he saw his ex acting weird= reached out in concern. MC did all the give me money and I will act to it moments, ML was just asking for help.
Truthfully, this ML is a very likable person-compare to all the other weird ancient emperor/OP ML I’ve read(the ML here has the purple aura so I’m trying to make a point with some evidence.
