in the manhwa the MC got trapped in a VR like game she created while testing it out, and spent a few months in that world, she even had a boyfriend (you’ll never guess who) and then one day she just wakes up and is in a hospital and they’re like “omg you were trapped in the game it was so scary” (she does eventually go back like two years later or something)
