Jooin still has lingering feelings, he had feelings for him for such a long time and after deciding move on, yahwi comes back saying he loves, throwing Jooin off. You got admit Jooin been consist as of now but even if he feel some sort of sympathy for yahwi we can still see Jooin still doubts and does not want to be near him.
The audacity to be checking his phone every spare minute he has when it was HIM who "ended" when HE hangup the call. Cain either got the message crossed cried, got himself ill went to the hospital and a revelation where some spiritual master told him that he had an option to forget and took it. I do have some sympathy for Jooin and I understand you can't help who you fall for... but whatever messy situationship you wanna be in, you shouldn't hurt someone else because you're being wishy-washy. If Cain doesn't have a chance, just let him go so he doesn't get hurt any more than he would later on!
