I get what your saying. Like it’s good your facing your fears but someone just got stabbed. They wanted us to know that he’s done living under the stress built up which is nice but If that happened to me and like a loved one got stabbed infront of me I ain’t pulling the « IM NOT SCARED TO YOU ANYONE I WONT LET YOU GET TO ME « talk in their face, my priorities would be to get my ass and whoever got stabbed ass out of there. i kinda hate chapter 34 it felt so melodramatic and inauthentic, like it just made me wanna laugh
i feel like we didn't need kaede to physically stand up to the teacher to show that he's learning to face with his trauma, or have the teacher be kinda cartoonishly evil the way she's spelling everything out, or for black haired girl to get STABBED for kaede to show she's becoming a better person like it all feels too in-your-face
