You're forgetting this is an illegal site and anyone can discover things, so don't blame it on the author. 14-year-olds can have the money to buy those chapters but the problem would also come from the parent/guardian who doesn't monitor what these children do. Don't blame that on the author.
Everyone should be educated on these types of things and nothing should be blamed on the author because it is they who refused to read the content that is best suitable for them.

How things will develop and resolved, and to know the intentions and motivations of the characters is important.

From which POV the story is told can help the readers to understand better a characters, and here since it's neither from Dan's or JK, many people are angry with what's JK does to the doc.
The story can be dark, toxic, rapey, psychological... I think most yaoi readers can read these, but this kind needs to be handled carefully by the writer/author and with a minimal of common sense, if not it'll be nothing but funny and poorly written plot.
