Well.. he kinda survived it. She begged for his life to the emperor. And with robert help, somehow he approved it. Still i as reader, can't forgive the ML and her brother. They kill a lot innocent ppl. Also mc family (that throw off their daughter) to keep marquised name. And ML step family and real mother & father(tho his father is unknown).
And since i read from mc POV. ML rlly look like a trash. He jealous over everything. If he can be good with her family and didn't join garten family and sell off his son. I don't think it will be this problematic.
Also the emperor is annoying too.
All of the chara is unlikeable even mc, except her son, robert and that lady of waiting well i can also add princess hermia since she didn't hold a grudge.
