The time-skip is quite jarring and I would have preferred for those scenes and interactions to have more depth and detail to them. I want to see the development of his relationships with others and how he can learn from them emotionally. It's nice to see him build connections with different people. The one relationship I wanted to see more of is the one with his 'father' when he had amnesia. Honestly would've been the perfect chance to raise him differently but all he did was teach him how to do chores and simple crafts...and Dark has never once used those skills also the demeanour he had during that time completely disappeared which I am sad about.
Now Dark's character is ignorant of a lot of things and is easily swayed/provoked. He is too passive and trusting of others which makes it easier for ppl to use him (he was the same in The Origin).
We have reached chapter 189...6 years have gone by...He can threaten to destroy the Kraress Kingdom and they would've handed him the answer to transforming back...but it's fine because the story would have finished under 100 chapters. But seriously 6 years??? Surely the thought that they're lying to him hasn't crossed his mind...and another 3+ years :/
Btw Kromas story and character stood out so much to me despite him barely having any screen time until his death. His growth is amazing. He simply had one goal after encountering the powerful and stuck with it all the way to the end. Now I would love to have him as the main character of his own story whether he transmigrates or reincarnates. Aww man T-T
