Majority of my anger is because of the MC, yes the Uke cheated, but the MC annoyed me as much as the uke or even more. He’s a grown ass man who clearly hasn’t matured, you’d have to be brain dead (not literal) to act like cheating is something excusable. The way he went “oh he must’ve wanted to be free, omg I should’ve understood him more, I will chase him and find him and apologize to him because he cheated on me”. That’s literally how the MC sounded.
It’s ridiculous. The uke is already trash so I don’t care, the MC needs to respect himself. It’s honestly sad and disappointing that he chased after the shitty Uke who clearly cared less than him. Yet the author forced it on and somehow published it without thinking, a shitty story at that.
