Let's be honest. That's cause she is kinda DUMB, clueless & oblivious. She doesn't know that Dohwa is flirting with her openly so his advances doesn't bother her but I'm sure for Eunhyuk that's not the case. We feel bad for Eunhyuk, thinking of it in his shoes. And if it was the other way around if some girl was flirting around with Eunhyuk, I'm sure Sooae will not like it as well. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
