Seriously, why don't they give us full chapter *sigh* And even though wild ginseng has good quality but eating it without processing it is very unreasonable haha( ̄∇ ̄")
There are a lot of veggies that if you cook or process them they loose a lot of their nutrients. It was most likely candied or lightly steamed after being washed. But if someone insists on processing it I would suggest a nice tea
