The FL isn't passive at all, she took control during their captivity and has steadily planned her revenge. I'm really confused as to why you're characterising her like this.
The three of them are definitely trauma bonded, but this doesn't diminish the strength of the FL nor her ability to take control of the situations she wants to take control of.
I genuinely just think she is biding her time, while setting the scene for her revenge.
I read a bit of the novel its pretty much the same if not actually worse. Yea she "took control" after it was far to late she had a choice and she made it. Umm actually taking a cold bath while having a high fever is a good thing. The problem was that Estelle was already too weak to get sick and while in the winter at that. Plus what do you espect when she also was a kid back then? She risked her life and went to the party seeking help too. I literally don't know what you're even talking about lol. And she WAS innocent alright but not anymore after that trauma that they experienced she just doesn't want the young masters to know the fact that she actually wants revenge against those who locked them up as kids. Actually taking a cold bath especially one in dead winter with a high fever is really really bad. The two conflicting temperatures can cause your body to go into shock and this is especially true in children. It can be deadly in a lot of cases. My grandmother was a nurse for most of her life and I was a high fever baby growing up
I'm in the medical field myself. I said that it's good because it is, it's healthy. For example why do people after the sauna have to take cold showers. That fast reaction can stimulate the leukocytes to fight off the infection and detoxify the body. But that's when the temperature is extremely high so you have to find a way to lower it fast. In other cases when you have the flu but it's not serious, lukewarm water is the best. Also, that type of shock you're talking about (in my opinion and as far as i know) you can get it if you're temperature is normal but you're taking an ice bath. Aaaand if you read again what i wrote, you can see what i said the problem was..because the surroundings also partake in this. It was winter and it was happening on an already too weak and malnourished body.
Dude I even googled it. I don’t just say things without verifying my facts. Even the national institute of health clarifies it should be lukewarm water not cold water. You specifically said taking a cold bath with a high fever is healthy and that’s wrong information.

I too googled it just to be sure too lol. I too don't say just stuff without verifying lol. One of the resolutions to break a high fever is staying cold. Having cold showers even when you're healthy is good like the example with the sauna. What you want to do with that information is not my problem. Disregard it or keep it as a possibility. Man its irritating how MC knew how Estelle died & still didn't do anything to try and prevent it despite her claiming that she cares so much & wanted to "protect" them. The only thing she did was make estelle stay bundled up which would not of helped much especially cuz MC made her take a cold COLD bath in the middle of winter! Like bro ur trying to prevent her from getting sick but u make her take a ice cold bath with an already weak body???That definitely would only aggravate a sickness...that is if she even had it before tht! MC basically indirectly killed estelle. I feel like MC isnt as nice and innocent as she is portrayed...Theres a very strong Green tea btch smell... MC is a very passive character, She just goes with the flow and acts like a bystander while sitting there spouting hypocritical BS. Shes very Mary Su & doesn't even try to help herself, like she always acts like she needs a prince on a white horse to pull up and save her from a bad situation instead of trying to stand up for herself let alone defend herself from an attacker. I can't stand FLs like her, they only ever get everyone around them hurt or killed & they always bait the poor 2-3-4th MLs into thinking that she actually cares about or likes them.(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
