The link you gave is the old unofficial translation. Looks like the new uploader didn’t know about it since it’s by a different name. Not a huge deal, glad that the officials are being uploaded as well.

Yes, this is the official translation. I’m glad the scan group was able to upload their own translation. This was a long time ago so I’m sure they assumed it wouldn’t get an official translation.

For those who doesn't know, this manhwa was already feature here at Mangago way back 2000 authored by HaoToon(according to mangago) with the work of THE DARK SIDE SCANS, title of "Special Relationship Law"..
Its not that I want to bash who uploaded it, its just that I'm concern citizens..
If your compare it, there are many differences like Title, Character's Name, Authors Name, etc.
I know its not my place to say whose really Real and Fraud, but I hope someone unfold the truth behind'~
