I usually use Anime-Planet because they have manga that aren't on MyAnimeList, Kitsu, or Anilist.
Baka Updates: They have it all. You can list doujinshis and hentais (I don't really like the old ui)
Google docs or onenote if you want to make your list aesthetic you can use notion
Anime-planet is a good database to keep Track of your manga/etc it has most of them
