As of currently (3 years in the past) he is yet in the opinion of hating her. I'm guessing because she regressed back before she could enter the academy, which is most likely the setting of the whole "game". Since they didn't spend as much time, he did not know of her (past life) evil nature beyond her (previously) arrogant and snobbish attitude.
So no. I don't think he hated her at all. But I do believe that the prince from that previous life absolutely hated her with passion.
Wtf i thought the crown prince hated her? She already called off the engagement and he went 'really? I'll just visit you often so you'll like me again' like that that's not how it works
