I read raws too (not understanding much) and though it's not the black haired npc from ch1 it IS some other guy from earth - in chapter 73 our mc is shown in modern clothes talking with a blond guy with piercings and in ch 79 the other nation's God is introduced and has the same face (=・ω・=)
