Did you find an English version? I've been trying to look for it but can only find it in Japanese. That and the 3rd volume in English when they are out of college ╥﹏╥

The original timeline for this is actually like this:
1. Itsuka koi ni naru made
2. Akete mo Kurete mo: Zoku: Itsuka Koi ni naru made (story of Chiaki and Kazuma's college life or working life I think)
3. Kazoku ni Narouyo
Though sadly, there's currently no english translation available for the 2nd one. I hope someone picks it up or an official english translation will be available soon.
