If I remember correctly the shithead was sat on the position for a reason. Can't really remember the reason, but he obviously messed up and Shananet replaced him. I think Tia asked her to do so or recommended her. Can't remember. I only remember that Shananet agreed to take over the position until Tia is old enough, then she will give it to her. Shananet is well aware that Tia would be a great heir and will support her completely.
