I think this is the main story. Because in the beginning it said that this is the author's debut work. I could be wrong tho. Also it makes more sense because the other story is drawing is more proper like how Mimasaka-kun is better looking there
Im pretty sure this is just a spin off of the main story for the second couple "mimasaka-kun" because I came here after that story and this one definitely clarified some things.
