Shouma vs. Kirishima and Kirishima's deal with grandpa

About to get a lot of hate for this but Shouma isn't exactly better than kirishima. Both men sleep around. Also sleeping around when you're not in a relationship is totally fine so I don't get why people hate Kirishima for being a womanizer early in the manga when he was not even dating Yoshino when he was sleeping around. Also has no one notice how Kirishima is a master at forcing other people to hate him or think of Kirishima as an asshole? He's very very smart and all his moves are calculated. Like he got Nao to slap him on purpose and I feel it was to sever ties with Nao so Nao won't have any lingering feelings for him or maybe to show Yoshino who was coming from behind. Now I'm sure he has picked a fight with Shouma on purpose by provoking Shouma about how he "won" yoshino so Yoshino does not find out that Kirishima was beaten by her grandpa and thinks both Shouma and Krishima got hurt fighting each other. It feels to me like Kirishima and Grandpa have made some kind of agreement to protect Yoshino from whatever killed Yoshino's parents. Right now Kirishima has to stay close to Yoshino but he can't also have her fall in love so he makes her hate him but also stay close to him but I think he also fell in love with her so he's acting in a weird way now because he knows he can't love her but has to act obsessed with her while making her hate him. At least that's my theory
