Please help me find the name of this yaoi manga!

If I recall correctly, it's about two coworkers who of course dislike each other/are competitive at first. Then, one of them (the uke) finds out that the other (the seme) works nights at a secret gay bar. I think he tries to blackmail him or something but nothing comes of it. Also, the uke has trauma from being raped by a senpai that he liked in high school and I think the senpai sees him at the bar too or something? I think seme and uke ultimately bonk in the shower or something. I want to say the seme has glasses are the uke has dark hair. If anyone can please help, I'd really appreciate it!!
